Arsene Wenger admits he cannot guarantee Alexis Sanchez will stay at Arsenal this month amid Man City interest
Arsene Wenger said Manchester City have not yet made a bid on Alexis Sanchez but, as reported by Mirror Sport, admitted that he could not guarantee whether he would stay in January.
City are set to make a £20m bid with Arsenal wanting at least £30m while the Gunners could sell Francis Coquelin - a target for Valencia, West Ham and Crystal Palace - but face frustration on West Brom defender Jonny Evans. City also want Evans.
Talking about Sanchez, Wenger said: “I expect nothing. I am focused on tomorrow’s game. When solicitations happen, you respond to it. At the moment, it’s very quiet.
